Listed from mildest to hottest: Yellow bell pepper turmeric with a dash of reaper, dill pickle jalapeño (and Serrano), apricot pineapple ghost pepper, sweet plum reaper, guava lava, the zesty green one, the hot one and Scorchin hot (habanero).
Literally roasted on the braai coals, to soft sweet garlic cloves and blended with lemon, vinegar and our secret Toughey's spice blend, this spread is amazing. Use it as you like, on sandwiches, mixed in butter, used as a basting sauce etc. Just divine.
Inspired by traditional Lebanese village methods, our labneh is made from organic yoghurt and the creamiest you'll ever have. Our cheese balls are submerged in golden macadamia oil, with the option of a nut free oil too. Choose from various flavours, such as: basil pesto inspired spice, paprika/onion/origanum, lemon and herb, garlic and herb, green onion spice, mild chilli lime, peri peri, hot sriracha, wasabi and toasted sesame seed, toasted sesame seed and plain.
Unlike other pickled mushrooms on the market, we slice ours and therefore pack tons of mushrooms into each 250ml jar. With a few slices of onions, garlic, peppercorns, rosemary and thyme, this is a must have in any pantry. The longer they sit, the better they get.
Roasted in macadamia oil until it's soft and delicious with fresh rosemary and thyme, our secret spice blend, salt and pepper.
